The Event Deposit Secures your date and covers all travel, equipment and supply costs (California only). This Event Deposit is already included in our pre-designed wedding packages. All deposits are put toward the final payment.

The Lead Videographer charge is for 1 videographer with 2 camera coverage for up to 7 hours on your event day. This also includes a basic video edit or “rough cut” with standard transitions, delivered on a Basic DVD. Two Copies.

The Assistant Videographer runs the 2nd camera during the ceremony and assists throughout the event allowing for better coverage of your ceremony. Because Catholic and some other cultural weddings require more attention to detail, the use of an assistant is required for such events.

The 2nd Videographer includes a 3rd camera during the ceremony and allows for better coverage during the reception, cocktail hour and formal picture session. A 2nd Videographer is recommended for Catholic and other cultural weddings, but is not required. However, a 2nd Videographer is required for detailed pre-ceremony and cocktail hour coverage, allowing the couple to see those moments they could not have witnessed.

These are unmanned 3CCD cameras and are only used for the ceremony unless requested by the client.

Complete Editing is an upgrade from the basic editing provided with our videography services and allows for the added time required for fine-tuning the edits, color timing and audio mixing.

Some couples want to go the extra mile for that Emmy Award winning video. Special Effects editing allows us to customize the editing of your video to your desires, putting you in the director's seat.

This is a basic, transfer DVD with a text menu. These DVD’s are designed to play like a VHS tape, in one timeline, with chapter markers every five minutes.

An Authored DVD is a professional quality DVD with picture menus and customized chapters. This allows your ceremony, reception and interviews to be separated and viewed separately or as a whole.

A Premium DVD is set-up like an Authored DVD, but has more menus. Both the ceremony and reception are split into sub-menus, allowing you to choose a specific moment of the day to relive time and again. Up to three special features are included with Premium DVD’s. Choose either Your Love Story, 10 Minute Highlight Video, or Montage Collection; to accompany your Personal Notes; and either an extended guest interview package or a slide show of photos from your event day.

This includes three copies of High Definition quality video on Blu-Ray Disc. Additional copies are $100.00.

Your ceremony and reception videos will be converted to files for use on your iPod or laptop.

Our Event Lighting Services consists of practicle lights that help us add light to your reception, without disturbing the mood. We use tube lights, white Christmas or garden lights and other small lights to light the cake and dance floor. This includes set-up and tear-down of the lighting. It is a nice added feature.

Audio Mixing includes a Sound Engineer, P.A. System with microphones to amplify your musicians and wedding ceremony. Set-up and tear-down are included in the cost. This can only be used for the ceremony & cocktail hour.

This is not a wedding planner. The Event Day Coordinator is like a personal wedding assistant. This person will be available for one or two consultations during the planning process, then meet with you to finalize details. He/she will coordinate the events on the wedding day and handle any concerns or problems so that you can enjoy your wedding. He/she handles payments to vendors, keeps vendors as close to the schedule you created as possible and keeps the fun rolling.

A Photo Montage is a series of between 25 and 50 pre-wedding photos edited to music (usually of the bride and/or groom growing up or together as a couple). The Montage Collection is a three song series combining photos of the bride and groom growing up with photos of their early relationship. One song for the bride, one for the groom and the third of their life together.

Your Love Story is a pre-wedding interview with the couple talking about how they met and occasionally includes comments from friends and family. It is a separate part of the wedding DVD.

The Love Story Montage combines Your Love Story interviews with the music and photos that would have been used for a Montage Collection. It is a wonderful addition to your wedding DVD.

This is a recap video edited to music. A five minutes ceremony video and a five minutes reception video.

This is a special feature located on your DVD that contains the still images taken on your wedding day by our Snap Shot Camera. (These images may be substituted with 40 images from your photographer. Usually their favorites.)

Web hosting is a new feature we are adding to allow you and your guests to view your wedding video online. Once the video is finished, you will be given a 4 week window and a password to log on to a special page of our site and view your ceremony and reception. Couples who book one of our combined packages will also have their photos hosted.

A Flip Book is small photo book with images from your wedding video and our snapshot camera.

This is a CD with all of the images taken during your wedding by our snapshot camera. Our snapshot camera takes between 20 & 40 pictures for use in creating your DVD packaging.

Usually only available if not offered by your photographer. Includes up to two locations, a proof CD and an 11 X 14 print. You will also receive either five 8 X 10 prints or ten 5 X 7 prints. Available at $250.00 with our combined packages.
